Once you have read over the Guidelines, you may submit an Application to the church office. If the use is approved, you will receive back a Contract. Please return one copy of the contract along with the appropriate fees.
These policies and forms became effective March 1, 2011 and apply both to members and non-members of Westgate Church who may wish to use any of the church facilities for a private event (such as wedding, shower, luncheon, etc.) or for people wishing to
run one or more meetings or worship services.
